Going home
It started getting a little crapmed for mom in the hospital, aparently they were so busy making babies that we had to share our room with another mom/baby combo. So, since we were both feeling well and the doctors gave us the ok we decided to head home early. I guess you can say we were being efficient... we only spent 43 hours in the hospital. Got in there at 7pm on the 20th and left around 2pm on the 22nd. I was safe at home to when I turned 2 days old. I actually didn't take to many interesting pictures today, but I did video tape the whole ride home. If I can figure out how to post video I will try that soon.
The minute we got home and pulled up next to dad's bike, I thought I'd take a look. I considered taking a spin, but I couldn't reach the handle bars even if I sat on the gas tank. Come to think of it, even if I sat on 1 handle bar, I couldn't reach the other. Anyway, hopefully grandpa will teach me to ride someday.

The trip home was quite long and tiring, about 1.5 miles which took maybe 5 minutes. You can see the route here. So I immediately decided to take a nap. I still like the feeling of being encapsulated to simlate moms tummy, so the rents keep me swaddled. My dad did this sweet swaddeling job, and even got the blanket lined up right to read "baby" on the front. It felt great, and thanks the the perfect alignment of the label, knowing I wasn't going to get mistaken for an adult was also quite nice.

Mom told me great things about the burittos down in the mission at a place called La Corneta. It is one of her favorites, in fact I think I may have sampled one or two when I was in the womb a couple months ago. Her favorite is the baby veggie burrito... the baby being about 1/2 the size of the super which is quite huge as I understand it. Incidently, the swaddle is also known as the buritto wrap. So my point is, as you can see above, I guess this brings new meaning to the baby burrito.
If you are in town and want to check it out, see:

Ok, good now that I am home the internet will be a little faster and I ca post more once I get organized here.

Just kidding tell your mom she better be resting whenever you are sleeping. And by the way what did the "rents" finally decide for your name when the Birth Certificate was signed? Are you officially Tony4?
You sure look pretty sweet sittin on the bike but I think you have a lot of growin to do before we get you started ridin. Tell your dad to take it easy riding out there too. Can't wait for more posts. Keep em coming. Love you a bunch. Tell mom and dad we love them and miss being there.
