A day to remember

Today is sure to be a day to remember. First, check this out...

Yes, that is a snow-like substance that fell from the sky here in Goleta. More like a slushy hail, I guess, after all it was still 46 degF today. Anyway, it is something I haven't seen here and may not again for a while.

Second, here I am at OleMcDonalds...

You might ask, what is so special about that? Well, this was certainly the first and may be the last day I'll ever eat all 3 meals at MCD's. Yep, breakfast was pancakes and eggs, lunch was nuggets, and dinner this burger. Obviously mom is out of town, and hopfully she doesn't see this post or she may never feel safe to leave again.
