Fries for lunch & ice cream for dinner??

I forgot to mention, yesterday I saw something interesting when I was out on the town with mom and dad. First, I observed them eating fries with mayo for lunch. Yes, it seems to be a Dutch thing. They looked mighty tasty. Then later that day for dinner we all went to Hagen Das and had ice cream fondue! It sounds unbelievable, but I witnessed it myself. The parents just sat there and had ice cream scoops with fruit and brownies that were dunked in warm chocolate. Of course, there was a hot chocolate to wash it all down too. I really hope they let me eat fries and ice cream in a few years. Here is dad with the fries...
